Do you handle permits?
Yes. Summit pulls all required building permits and coordinates all inspections. We're licensed in Colorado and familiar with Denver's building department. You don't need to manage any of that — we handle it as part of the project. Our fixed price includes permit fees.
Can I choose my own materials and finishes?
Absolutely. Our design team will walk you through material options and can source virtually anything — from specific tile lines to custom cabinet hardware. You make all final decisions on materials.
