Denver’s remodeling contractor since 2009.
Summit was started by two master carpenters who had spent years as subcontractors watching general contractors make promises they couldn’t keep — blown budgets, missed timelines, quality shortcuts. They built Summit to be the contractor they always wished they were working for.
The fixed-price contract model was central from day one. We don’t do cost-plus contracts. We don’t do ranges. We walk through your project, price every item, and hand you a number. That’s what you pay.
Today, Summit has a team of 18 in-house craftsmen covering carpentry, tile, plumbing, electrical, and finish work — plus a project management team that keeps every job on schedule and on budget. We’ve completed over 600 remodeling projects across Denver and the surrounding metro.

Design & 3D renderings
Our in-house design team produces renderings of your project. You approve layout, materials, and finishes on screen — before a single wall is touched.
Fixed-price build
Our own crew handles every trade — demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, cabinetry, finishes — against the number you signed.
Punch list & walkthrough
We walk the finished job with you. Everything on your punch list is fixed before we collect the final payment, and the 15-year workmanship guarantee starts.
