Summit General Contracting was founded in Denver in 2009 with one principle: give homeowners the remodeling experience they deserve — honest pricing, skilled craftsmen, and a finished project that exceeds expectations.
Our History
Denver’s remodeling contractor since 2009.
Summit was started by two master carpenters who had spent years as subcontractors watching general contractors make promises they couldn’t keep — blown budgets, missed timelines, quality shortcuts. They built Summit to be the contractor they always wished they were working for.
The fixed-price contract model was central from day one. We don’t do cost-plus contracts. We don’t do ranges. We walk through your project, price every item, and hand you a number. That’s what you pay.
Today, Summit has a team of 18 in-house craftsmen covering carpentry, tile, plumbing, electrical, and finish work — plus a project management team that keeps every job on schedule and on budget. We’ve completed over 600 remodeling projects across Denver and the surrounding metro.

Our in-house design team creates 3D renderings of your project. You approve materials, finishes, and layout before a single wall is touched.
Build
Our crew handles every trade — demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, cabinetry, and finishes — on schedule and on budget.
Walkthrough
We do a final walkthrough with you before we consider the job done. Everything on your punch list is addressed before we collect final payment.
